- Risolvi i problemi dei computer remoti tramite sessioni remote senza pre-installazione (supporto remoto). I clienti possono anche unirsi a una sessione con un invito via e-mail.
- Il trasferimento di file durante una sessione dal vivo ti aiuterà a inviare aggiornamenti, correzioni o qualsiasi tipo di file al computer remoto. Il trasferimento è completamente sicuro, con crittografia AES SSL a 256 bit.
- Unattended Access richiede la preinstallazione di un'applicazione sui computer o sui server remoti che gestisci. Una volta che l'applicazione di accesso remoto è installata, puoi connetterti a questi computer e lavorare in qualsiasi momento. Se sei un fornitore di servizi gestiti (MSP) o un tecnico dell'assistenza clienti, il software di accesso remoto non presidiato è necessario.
- L'applicazione fa parte di Zoho One. Può anche essere integrato con Zoho CRM e Zoho Desk.
